How to prepare for the training?

To maximize the sensory experience of the ancestral massage L’œuvre de beauté®, here are the guidelines to follow:

  • Wear comfortable clothing or come in your work uniform.

  • Leave all your jewelry at home.

  • Do not wear perfume.

  • Avoid makeup. Light makeup is acceptable.

  • Keep your nails very short (bring a nail file to the training).

  • Take care of your hands to minimize rough skin, dry hands, calluses, etc.

  • Long hair must be tied back to prevent it from hanging down and soiling the client's face.

  • Maintain impeccable personal and oral hygiene.

  • If you smoke, facial massage is not suitable for you; learn another massage technique.

For those who are attached to the length of their nails or their false nails / nail prostheses, which does not fall within the criteria for practicing the ancestral facial massage L’œuvre de beauté®, you will not be admitted to the training.
